非农风险云集 国际现货黄金震荡下滑

3月28日公布的数据显示，美国3月密歇根大学消费者信心指数终值由79.9上修为80.0，但依然低于2月水平，因消费者对整体经济前景变得不那么乐观。
美国商务部3月28日公布的数据显示，受服务开支增加提振，美国2月个人支出月率增长0.3%，一如市场预期，表明在经过严寒冲击后经济开始恢复元气。2月个人收入月率亦增长0.3%。PCE物价指数显示2月份几乎不存在通胀压力。
美国堪萨斯城联邦储备银行主席乔治3月28日表示，她担心维持近零利率过久会在金融市场滋生泡沫，支持美联储缩减购债的决定；预计美国经济成长在第四季积累了库存后，首季将出现放缓。今年GDP增幅预计为2.5%，未来几年升向3%。
素有“美联储通讯社”之称的Jon Hilsenrath 3月28日表示，美联储官员在谈论如何管理加息机制方面正缓慢前行，他认为美联储上调利率有多种选择。他还指出，美联储正考虑利用逆回购协议作为新的联邦基金利率。
美国白宫3月28日发表声明称，俄罗斯总统普京与美国总统奥巴马通电话讨论通过外交方式解决乌克兰问题的提案，奥巴马在电话交谈中建议普京通过书面方式详细回复美国有关乌克兰的提案；并敦促俄罗斯避免进一步的挑衅乌克兰的行为，包括在乌克兰边境集结大量兵力。
3月28日公布的数据显示，德国一项关键的通胀指标3月意外回落，加大了欧洲央行面临的防止欧元区滑向通缩的压力。数据均暗示，3月31日将公布的欧元区整体通胀可能降至外媒调查预估的0.6%之下。欧洲央行设定的通胀目标为略低于2.0%。
英国国家统计局(ONS)于3月28日确认2013年第四季度国内生产总值(GDP)季率和年率增速在0.7%和2.7%不变，一如市场预期，2013年 全年增速下修0.1个百分点至增长1.7%。尽管英国经济在2013年录得不错表现，但较金融危机巅峰之前的2008年第一季度仍然低了1.4个百分点。
新西兰2月营建许可月率-1.7%，前值从-8.3%修正为-8.6%。
【技术分析】
国际现货黄金周K线图收一根大阴；BOLL指标维持宽幅震荡走势，K线逼近中轨位置运行；均线上，短周期MA5、10交叉后持平运行，其K线运行于小周期均线之下，短期受MA30均线支撑；附图MACD交叉死叉下滑。
日K线上，BOLL开口下滑K线处于下轨位置小幅反弹回升，其周前连续几个交易日的下滑之后，黄金价格周五晚盘时段小幅反弹上行；短周期MA5、10均线交叉死叉，呈现短周期的下跌趋势，各中、长周期均线维持持平运行状态，K线下方近期继续受120日均线于1280点位支撑；附图MACD交叉死叉下滑，指标弱势。
