法新社12日报导,乌克兰代理总统Oleksandr Turchynov在受访时指出,乌国不会派出军队去阻止克里米亚(Crimea)加入俄罗斯,因为出兵将使得东部边境防线面临俄国入侵的威胁。他批评俄罗斯领袖拒绝与乌国领导阶层对话。克里米亚将于本周日举行独立公投。俄国政府已经送交国会一份草案、以利克里米亚公投后能够迅速将它并入俄国管辖范围。克里米亚半岛议会于3月11日通过独立宣言。
美国国会11日要求俄罗斯立即自乌克兰撤军、并呼吁美国总统欧巴马(Barack Obama)对俄国采取惩罚性经济制裁。此外,美国国会也呼吁国际足球总会(FIFA)撤销俄国2018年世足赛的主办权。
乌俄政局不稳，避险气氛浓厚，截止至北京时间15:00，国际现货黄金价格报1358.2美元，上涨超过0.71%，亚市早盘时段最高价为1359.60美元，创2013年10月29日以来盘中新高，2014年以来国际现货黄金价格涨幅逼近13%
俄罗斯RTS指数11日大跌2.31%、收1132.05点,创3月3日以来收盘新低;年初迄今重挫21.53%。
