日本财务省14日公布2013年11月份国际收支统计速报，当月日本国际经常帐赤字达5,928亿日圆、赤字金额较去年同期(赤字1,796亿日圆)暴增230%、已连续第2个月陷入赤字、逊于Thomson Reuters事先所作调查赤字3,804亿日圆的预估值，且赤字额超越2012年1月的4,556亿日圆创1985年1月采用现行统计方式以来历史新高纪录；经季节性因素调整后的经常帐为赤字466亿日圆(前月为赤字593亿日圆)，连续第3个月陷入赤字。财务省表示，汽车、矿物性燃料等产品出口增加虽带动出口总额呈现增长，惟因原油、液化天然气等产品进口大增导致进口总额高于出口总额，故11月份日本贸易逆差额达1兆2,543亿日圆，逆差额较去年同月(逆差8,508亿日圆)大增47.4%，连续第17个月呈现逆差。11月份日本出口总额较去年同月大增17.6%至5兆6,316亿日圆，连续第9个月呈现增长(前月的出口额为成长17.9%)；进口总额大增22.1%至6兆8,859亿日圆，连续第13个月呈现增长(前月的进口额为成长28.2%)。
另外，11月份日本经季节性因素调整后的贸易逆差额为1兆79亿日圆(前月为逆差1兆982亿日圆)，连续第26个月陷入逆差局面。其中，出口额月增2.3%至5兆8,308亿日圆，连续第2个月呈现增长；进口额月增0.6%至6兆8,387亿日圆，7个月来第6度呈现增长。
