行情回顾：欧洲时段，美国初请数据继续改善，欧央行利率决议对市场影响有限，ICE美元指数在81整数字上方窄幅整理，黄金价格企稳10/20日均线上方，铜价回落跌破20日均线，中短期上行趋势已经被破坏，后市面临进一步回落的风险。
【基本面】
美国上周初请失业金人数下降1.5万至33万，好于市场预期，初请四周均值也减少0.975万至34.9万。数据对美元的提振作用并不明显，美10年期国债收益率回落至2.97%。英央行和欧央行在1月利率决议中维持政策不变，德拉吉随后指出，欧元区经济仍主要面临下行风险，通货膨胀在未来较长时间内维持在较低水平，若有需要将维持宽松的货币政策立场。总的来说，德拉吉对经济增长和通货膨胀的评论缺乏新意，尽管德拉吉表示“委员会已经讨论了所有可能使用的政策工具”，但并没有对可能进一步降低基准利率 (或降低存款利率) 或推出新的LTRO做出明确的暗示。欧元/美元在风险事件后承压走低，ICE美元指数获得进一步小幅上行动能，然而缺乏更加激进的宽松暗示，投资者可能缺乏做空欧元的激励。截止至12月31号的CFTC数据显示，欧元非商业期货多头头寸并未显著减少 (尽管美联储在12月中旬利率决议中宣布削减资产购买) ，与12月10号相比空头头寸甚至小幅减少6%，中期内市场情绪仍对欧元形成支持。
决议对欧元构成的下行风险可能有限，美元指数也未必能持续上行，汇市或延续短期震荡格局，周五美国12月非农报告将提供更加关键的短期指引。考虑到前期公布的美国就业指标均持续改善，如与非农高度正先关的ADP就业新增人数就高于市场预期，目前经济学家对12月美国非农新增就业人数的预测中值是19万，失业率维持在7.0%，符合或高于预期的结果有望继续为美元提供短期支持，或打压贵金属回落，相反意外走低的数据可能为贵金属注入反弹动能。密切关注ICE美元指数能否上破长期阻力82，只有有效上破才能在技术上扭转去年7月以来的中期跌势，持续破败则面临再度转为下行的风险。贵金属短期延续低位盘整，黄金表现更加强势，若金银价格持续企稳12月低点上方，则中短期上行修正行情依然可以期待。
【技术分析】
日图价格回落企稳10/20日均线上方，跌破则指向12月低点1180，持续企稳仍有望上行修正，上方阻力关注50日均线1250和8月下行趋势线1260。
