摩根士丹利：维持Fed明年3月减码预期
关键字：美联储削减量化宽松规模
摩根士丹利（Morgan Stanley）外汇策略小组近日的一份报告中表示目前仍维持美联储（Fed）将于明年3月份退出QE的基本预期，并将失业率门槛从6.5%下调至6%。”
但是，该机构表示，“由于美国公开市场委员会（FOMC）年内屡屡做出意外举措，年底前外汇市场仍存很大的不确定性，因此仍然需要汇市走势的可能性做一些分析，而高风险货币兑日元将走强。”
同时摩根士丹利也表示如果美国公开市场委员会（FOMC）议息会议决定缩减量化宽松政策，但并没有对政策前瞻性指引做出明显改动，则美元将全面走强。但是，美元兑日元除外，因市场避险操作可能令美元兑日元承压走弱。
