纽约Fed：美国经济乐观 明年成长速度将提升

FED纽约分行总裁William C. Dudley 19日发表演说时表示，对美国经济气氛感到乐观，尽管年中有政府扯后腿，但私部门依旧持续复苏，而政府的不利因素也将随之被淡化。
美国第三季GDP劲扬2.8%，不仅高于前季的2.5%且优于市场预期。Dudley看好2014年经济成长速度会有所提升，2015年则会再加快一点。
除此之外，Dudley还预测明后年就业环境也将有明显改善，10月份强劲的就业报告就是正面迹象。今年迄今，美国非农就业每月平均新增18.63万人，优于去年同期的18.275万人。
另外，同日发表演说的费城分行总裁Charles Plosser预测，美国2014年经济成长率有机会加速至3%，失业率年底降至6.25%。因此，他认为，FED应认真考虑在今年末终结购债计划，以免央行信用受质疑。
Plosser自始至终从未支持过FED印钱购债，或俗称的量化宽松(QE)政策，不过。他还要等到明年才能取得对制定货币政策的投票权。
