美联储维持QE 美元冲高 黄金震荡下跌

【基本面】
周三美联储在继续刷新高后受美联储利率决议影响冲高回落。原油价格在受阻于200日均线后持续大幅回落，纽约原油期货收盘下跌1.43美元，报于96.77美元/桶。
美联储在10月份货币政策会议中维持基准利率不变，而且由于失业率依然高企，美国政府实行财政紧缩政策并且美国政府关门影响经济增长，美联储维持每月850亿美元资产购买规模不变，美联储称需要看到更多的表明经济持续好转的证据。由于市场普遍预计美联储在10月份会按兵不动，美联储维持宽松货币政策的利好已经被市场消化，在利多释放后美股冲高回落。
日内公布的经济数据美国9月份CPI年率由1.5%降至1.2%，通胀水平下降也为美联储继续维持宽松货币政策提供了空间。另外10月ADP就业人数增加13万，低于市场预期15万，创下六个月新低。就业市场的复苏依然缺乏持续性。企业财报方面，通用汽车第三季度企业财报表现良好，日内通用汽车股价也表现强势。
【技术分析】
周三(10月30日)纽约时段盘中下挫逾20美元，并刷新日内1334.40美元/盎司低点，因美联储利率决议宣布维持当前每月850亿美元的购债规模不变。表示，早些时候金价已吸收此前美联储维持QE的预期，市场总是遵循着“买预期，卖事实”的规律，不过整体来说宽松的货币环境依然能在未来对金价构成支撑。
在技术面，从日线上看，国际黄金价格整体上高位震荡后消息面刺激下跌，上方的阻力依旧是1358-1360一线，这一线阻力是近期的关键，短周期阻力在1352-1350一线，而下方的强支撑依旧是1330-1332。1小时的k线比较明显，受阻于MA30和MA35。这一线也是昨日晚间后半夜冲击的高点，短周期关注区间1330-1332即可，破位后顺势看8-10点。今日整体先空后多。
