金价反弹 市场预期美联储12月削减QE

周一(10月7日)纽约时段，交投于80下方，总体走势仍然偏弱。纽市盘初，美元指数一度因为市场上风传的美国财政谈判“利好”消息而快速走高，但在该消息被证实子虚乌有以后，美元兑主要非美货币即重拾弱势。而在周一过了之后，美国政府停摆就将将进入第二周，如此的状况，也令投资者平添忧虑。
美联储9月会议纪要将于本周三(10月9日)公布。早在此次会议召开之前，市场便广泛预期美联储将至少削减每月50亿美元的购债规模，但会议结果按兵不动，令市场大跌眼镜。美联储在此次会议后，一直没有明确澄清，为何在谈论缩减QE这么久之后，却没有如期实行。现在又逢美国政府停摆，许多经济数据因而取消公布，美联储9月会议纪要变成了市场关注的对象。
目前市场预期，美联储12月削减QE的可能性较大，因为下一次的10月29-30日的利率决议前，美联储没有太多经济数据可以参考。目前的风险是，随着美国政府停摆持续，美联储对削减QE变得更加迟疑，或将推迟到明年；彻底结束QE的时间也可能因此推迟到2014年下半年。
【行情分析】
昨天金价最低1308美元/盎司，由于投资者担忧美国会违约，令美股下跌，避险情绪逐步升温，资金流入美债市，债价上升拖低债息，美国10年期债息曾低见2.60厘，金价亦受带动升至1周高位，高见1329.1美元。美国政府关门，目前美两党仍未拿出解决方案，周一市场方向不明朗。但临近债务上限和债务违约，美元短期上涨的空间不大，市场总体风险规避情绪升温。
金价连续第四天在1300-1330区间内行走，投资者观望气氛浓烈，不太敢进敢押注在任何一边，本周相信仍会在波幅内上落，中国国庆长假期期间，实金需求强劲。
各大金行也人山人海，此点也是令金价于此时段居高不下的原因。十月份，在正式踏入需求旺季的第四季后，中国和印度的需求将会对金价带来强劲支持。
现在金价1325，今天仍会继续看升，其原因是债务上限截止日期接近，投资者开始担忧，在17号之前仍有一定的升幅，逢低做多，1315-1340。
