【基本面】
彭博社报导，Kitco Metals Inc.全球交易部主任Peter Hug表示，在Charles Evans称联准会(FED)还不应减码量化宽松货币政策(QE)、美国政府面临关门威胁的影响下，造成市场波动，而国会对举债上限的谈判僵局也仍是瞩目焦点。分析师表示，金价原本呈现平盘震荡的局面，之后在Evans称FED有可能会等到明年再行减码QE的带动下获得支撑。
美国参议院27日在最终投票时，以54票赞同票对44票反对票通过了能避免政府运作停摆的权宜性支出法案(stopgap spending measure)，可暂时支持联邦政府的支出到今(2013)年11月15日为止，但法案内容剔除了共和党为了撤除奥巴马健保法预算而加入的条款；这项法案随后移交至众议院表决。
倘若奥巴马政府与国会议员无法针对联邦预算案达成共识，那么美国政府多数部门都会在本会计年度结束时(9月30日)被迫停摆。此外，根据美国财政部长Jack Lew的说法，政府会在10月17日触及16.7兆美元的举债上限，进而陷入债务违约的困境，除非国会议员能够立即调高这项限制。
彭博社27日报导，根据穆迪(Moody`s Analytics Inc.)首席经济学家Mark Zandi估计，若美国政府运作停摆3-4周，那么该国的第4季国内生产毛额(GDP)成长率恐怕会因此萎缩1.4个百分点。Zandi预期，若政府运作正常，那么美国Q4 GDP成长率会达2.5%。
【美元后盘】
市场关注美国政府未来24小时内能否打破僵局，共和党和民主党只同意一件事：如果美国政府关门，则对方的要求是不合理的，应归责于另一方。这种情形下将对美元不利，除非双方在未来24小时内达成协议。若美国政府未能达成协议，将延迟公布所有预定的基本数据，包括周五的非农就业人数。美元已经全线承压。
【行情分析】
本月黄金多头客失望而归。黄金走势非常纠结，周线阳线，月线收阴。分析师预计金价年底或有可能触碰2000美元价位，只因QE3继续。相信又会迷惑投资者。黄金短线如果失手1280美金，将重回跌势，分析师不看好黄金可以升破1380美金的阻力，如有升破，应谨慎而沽之。
