美国上调债务引黄金避险 国际金价走高

金价周三上涨大约1%，因美国预算磋商存在不确定性，带动对黄金的一些避险买盘。
仍在努力避免政府下周停运的美国国会周三将注意力转向美国面临的另一个财政问题，联邦债务违约。
北京时间9月24日晚间消息，全球知名信用评级公司穆迪投资者服务公司在本周二对外表示，如果美国不能上调其举债上限，那么这对金融市场造成的打击将超过美国政府被关闭对市场带来的打击。
美国众议院共和党领袖告诉议员，可能最早在周五就上调举债上限进行投票。美国预算磋商的不确定性推高美债价格，拉低美股。
如果国会无法通过解决方案来维持政府运转，那么国会对政府支出的授权将在今年9月30日截止的财年结束。
部分共和党议员正威胁奥巴马放弃签署医保法案，否则将不予通过这项议案。与此同时，自今年五月以来，美国政府已经累计削减了16.7万亿美元的债务，但美国政府部署了紧急举措来掌控其现金才避免了违约。
美国财政部预计将在今年10月中旬丧失借款的手段。而上调债务上限需要得到美国国会的批准。
在2011年8月美国上一轮有关债务上限的讨论中，标准普尔将美国的信用评级从之前的AAA下调至AA+.
穆迪给出的美国信用评级为Aaa，维持稳定的前景展望。惠誉给予美国AAA的信用评级，但前景展望为负面。
【行情分析】
黄金亚市早盘窄幅震荡，市场担忧美国债务上限谈判或将僵持，美国政府仍面临关门的风险，避险情绪上升，黄金潜在需求仍在巩固，推升金价走高。
2011年，标普因债务上限问题下调美国AAA评级后,金价一个月内大幅上涨并触及当时历史高位。
有分析师表示，黄金市场目前焦点再一次回到可能导致美国政府关门的债务问题上，目前市场仍保持谨慎，等待美国国会的投票结果。
北京时间11:27，现货金报1330.9美元/盎司，下方支撑关注整数关口1300美元，上方阻力关注1350美元。
