COMEX黄金下跌 ETF减少

纽约商品期货交易所(COMEX)12月黄金期货9月23日收盘下跌5.5美元或0.4%成为每盎司1,327美元,受量化宽松前景不确定的影响,美元指数小涨0.04%,12月白银期货下跌0.3%成为每盎司21.857美元。纽约商业交易所(NYMEX)10月铂金期货下跌0.5%成为每盎司1,425.9美元,12月钯金期货下跌0.6%成为每盎司717.95美元。
全球最大黄金上市交易基金(ETF)–SPDR黄金信托基金(GLD.US)23日黄金持有量减少0.6公吨成为909.59公吨。最大的白银ETF–安硕白银指数基金(SLV.US),白银持有量持平为10,602.67公吨。
纽约FED总裁William Dudley表示美国经济尚未回到可自持水平,FED有必要继续留下来对抗景气逆风; 亚特兰大FED总裁Dennis Lockhart指出,需要货币政策为经济创造更多动能,而达拉斯FED总裁Richard Fisher则表示,FED上周不作为的决定使得市场公信力受到减损。
花旗集团(Citigroup)最新报告指出,虽然上周美国联准会意外维持量化宽松规模不变,对金价造成短暂的提振效果,但金价下跌的趋势可能不会改变;该行预期2014年平均金价将为每盎司1,250美元,且今年底以前金价就有可能来到此价位。
花旗集团分析师Heath Jansen表示,联准会推迟量化宽松规模的缩减,可能也会令黄金ETF(交易所交易基金)的买盘有所回升,但预期同样效果短暂。而对于两大消费国中国大陆与印度的实物黄金需求,该行认为大陆的库存已经相当充裕,而印度黄金需求在政府上调进口关税之后将不易攀升。
花旗集团对银价的看法同样偏空,并预估今年第三季与第四季的平均银价将分别为每盎司21.45美元与20.20美元,2014与2015年的平均价格则分别为20.20美元与22.20美元。
印度珠宝首饰贸易协会主席Shanti Patel表示,协会正与中小型的首饰生产商加强合作,希望能够让印度的首饰产业在国际上获取更大的份额,今年举行的古吉拉特国际首饰展便首度邀请了中小型首饰生产商的参与。此外,今年12月将在杜拜举行的国际首饰展,印度古吉拉特省将有10个首饰业者参加,是历来参与规模最大的一次。
印度宝石首饰出口振兴委员会公布的数据显示,本财年4-7月,印度宝石首饰的出口额年减11.3%至6,231.2亿卢比,主要因为印度政府的黄金进口限制措施导致原料短缺的影响。印度财政部9月17日宣布,将黄金首饰的进口税调高一倍至15%,未加工黄金的进口税依然维持在10%,主要是为了保护国内的手工生产业,特别是小型的家庭商铺。去年,珠宝首饰占印度整体出口的17%比重。
纽约商品期货交易所(COMEX)12月期铜9月23日收盘下跌0.7%成为每磅3.2985美元。
