FED下修经济增长评估 不削减QE

美联准会（FED）于联邦公开市场操作委员会（FOMC）会后发布声明表示，量化宽松（QE）规模维持不变，同样为每月850亿美元，赞成与反对委员票数为9:1，唯一投下反对票的是堪萨斯市Fed总裁Esther George。
Fed再次下修美国经济成长预估，今年由原先的2.3%-2.6%降至2%-2.3%，明年则由3%-3.5%降至2.9%-3.1%。
Fed表示希望看到更多证据显示经济好转，而在此之前，若贸然缩减宽松规模，导致金融环境紧缩、殖利率上扬，将拖延经济复苏脚步。美国股市、黄金闻讯大涨，而10年期美债殖利率则大幅滑落。
尽管经济展望不被看好，但Fed认为失业率将持续好转，2014年有望降至6.4%-6.8%，2015年降至5.9%-6.2%。Fed预估今年通货膨胀率将介于1.2%-1.3%，高于此前预估的0.8%-1.2%，但仍低于预设2%的通胀目标。
FED多数委员预估短期利率至2016年第四季都将维持在2%以下，且在2015或2016年都不会有升息的打算，即使升息循环开始，速度也将相当缓慢。
数据统计，截止9月19日2时，道琼斯工业平均指数盘中涨0.83%（128.13点）至15657.86点；NASDAQ指数涨0.74%（27.86点）至3773.56点；标普500指数涨1.03%（17.59点）至1722.35点；费城半导体指数涨0.39%（1.94点）至495.34点。
黄金现货价格盘中劲扬2.76%，暂报1344.8美元；10年期美债殖利率剧减10个基点至2.75%；欧元兑美元升值0.8%至1.3464；澳元兑美元升值1.18%至0.9465。
