周小川：货币政策只会微调 不会大变动

中国人行行长周小川在接受当地国营电视台专访时指出，今年底以前将会视情势微调稳健的货币政策、但预估不会有太大的变动。他还提到，大陆政府正拟定计划、准备放宽存款利率管制；希望人民币汇率能在一定区间内依据逐渐成型的市场机制上下波动。
英国金融时报7月3日报导，今年3月周小川在人行、国际货币基金组织(IMF)合办的一场研讨会上指出，中国大陆朝「资本帐可兑换」方向前进的意愿与决心是非常明确的。
大陆全国人大财经委副主任委员、前人行副行长吴晓灵日前表示，开放存款利率上限是利率市场化的最后一步，但预计今明两年都不会开放。她强调，实现存款利率市场化亟待推出存款保险制度。
华尔街日报(WSJ)7月21日报导，穆迪(Moody`s Corp.)持有部分股权的数库财务咨询有限公司(ChinaScope Financial)预估，人行全面放开金融机构贷款利率管制意味着未来两年当地银行业(多数盈余来自放款业务)需要筹措至多达1,000亿美元的新资金。彭博社报导，麦格理资本证券公司指出，中国建设银行、交通银行可能是金融机构贷款利率解除管制的最大受害者。
