陆商再买金矿！力拓卖澳矿场8成股权给洛阳钼业

华尔街日报报导，力拓(Rio Tinto PLC)29日宣布，该公司已同意以8.2亿美元价格将澳洲Northparkes铜金矿场80%股权卖给来自中国大陆的洛阳栾川钼业集团股份有限公司(China Molybdenum Co.；港股代号：3993.HK)，希望藉此改善因原物料需求下滑而受创的资产负债表体质、保住「A」级信用评等；双方已签订具约束力的协议。Alacer(加拿大矿商)执行长David Quinlivan曾告诉华尔街日报，目前导致澳洲开采金矿成本偏高的因素包括：金价走低、碳税、劳工薪资以及设备成本。
南非投资银行Investec曾预估，力拓可透过出售资产筹得190亿-220亿美元的资金，当中的6.5亿美元为Northparkes铜金矿场出售价值。力拓上个月才宣布，该公司将把美国镍铜矿以3.25亿美元价格卖给加拿大Lundin Mining Corp.。
《澳洲人报(The Australian)》6月14日报导，澳洲金矿商Aphrodite Gold目前正与山东黄金集团(Shandong Gold Group Co., LTD)等中国大陆黄金生产商洽谈50%股权出售事宜。报导指出，就在西方企业相继退出黄金采矿业的同时，中国厂商反倒积极进场捡便宜货。山东黄金去年取得澳洲Focus Minerals 49%股权。
marketwatch.com 24日引述《财新网》报导，中国大陆知名经济学家谢国忠发表专文指出，印度人目前拥有最多黄金，而美国联准会(FED)则是全球央行的最大黄金持有者，但中国可能在未来10年超印赶美。
《京华时报》15日报导，中国黄金协会副会长张炳南在受访时指出，中国老百姓投资黄金是一个「藏金于民」的好范例；中国的黄金绝对不是太多了，而是太少了：中国黄金储备占外汇总储备的1.5%、远低于全球平均值(13.2%)。
