德国强烈要求运回放在美国的黄金储备，塞浦路斯央行售金遇到阻碍，瑞士发起全民公决，强制央行购金千吨，2012年在全球黄金总体投资需求下降10%的情况下，全球央行净购金535，创48年新高。以上这些消息只能说明一个道理，更多国家在不得不储备美元的同事，也绝不会只持有美元。对冲美元风险的资产有很多，但黄金无疑是各国必须重视且不断增持的储备资产之一。
综合以上观点，分析师认为，黄金有望在下半年需求旺季翻身。
