黄绍山：弹劾特朗普听证会

据大田环球消息得知，一向爱找别人麻烦的特朗普，终于到别人找他的麻烦，并且找他麻烦的人正是美国众议院。而事件起因于2019年9月25日美国国家情报总监将一封检举信递交给美国国会，这封检举信所说的则是美国总统唐纳德·特朗普与乌克兰总统弗拉基米尔·泽连斯基2019年夏天的一次通话内容，特朗普被指在通话中对泽连斯基进行施压，要调查其政治对手。随后相关信息则开始四处发酵，近日关于特朗普弹劾案将开启首轮的听证会。
首轮听证会情况
大田环球据消息得知，12月4日美国国会众议院司法委员会针对特朗普的调查举行首次弹劾听证会，而会场内分别有多位法学教授出席，并探讨弹劾总统的宪法基础。至于特朗普方面以及其律师在早前已经拒绝出席本次会议。在首轮会议上有三名宪法专家认为，特朗普的行为“足以构成弹劾”，随后众议院司法委员会主席、民主党众议员纳德勒在持续了8小时会议进行总结陈词，认为特朗普的行为已经通过可以被弹劾的“三项测试”，该三线测试分别为特朗普要求乌克兰政府调查拜登；证人的证词指向总统“存在严重犯罪行为和轻罪”；美国国内有大量声音支持弹劾和解除特朗普的总统职位。至于共和党方面则表示在听证会的当中所指认的证据过于单薄，并且存在较多疑点。
目前美国众议院议长佩洛西表示将起草针对特朗普的弹劾指控，同时下一次的听证会将在12月9日举行，其次在12月12日对美国总统特朗普弹劾指控提出建议，并提交众议院进行全体的投票。事件后续的发展必然需要第二次的听证会以及12日众议院的投票情况是否绝对弹劾特朗普。其次黄金方面也将因此会有一定的避险情绪混入其中，达到提振的作用，而美元方面则有继续回落的风险存在。
