10月22日,現貨黃金稍微走強,但波動幅度進一步縮小的趨勢十分明顯,同時英國無序脫歐的風險下降,但風險偏好得不到貿易方面進一步確定的話,避險資產短時內大幅回落比較困難,目前英國脫歐和中美貿易協議仍是市場的關注重點。
英國首相詹森週二晚些時候將面臨兩次關鍵性投票。英國議會將在北京時間週三2:00對首相詹森的脫歐議案原則進行表決,外界預計詹森將以微小差距過關。
但隨後進行的立法時間表表決過關難度甚高。只要其中任何一項表決失利,都將打擊詹森的脫歐計畫。他承諾將在10月31日帶領英國退出歐盟。
英國議員上周六推遲就詹森的脫歐協議舉行表決,這迫使詹森向歐盟請求第三次延遲脫歐。在那之前,市場原本寄望這可能將結束持續近三年半的政治亂局、經濟不確定性、以及與歐盟就脫歐條款進行的曲折磋商。
英國政府上周日堅稱,英國將在10月31日退出歐盟。如果英國議會批准脫歐協議,儘管可能性不大,那麼英鎊或大漲逾5%;否則將意味著脫歐亂局還將延長三個月,之後可能出現競爭激烈的選舉。
中國外交部長王毅在接受法新社專訪時表示,中美最新一輪磋商取得了實質性進展,為達成階段性協議奠定了重要基礎。事實證明,只要雙方本著相互尊重的態度,進行平等協商,中美完全可以找到雙方都能接受的解決辦法。但如果相反的話,這種磋商自然會受到干擾,甚至可能受挫,這方面的教訓值得吸取。
一些專家也指出,中美要達成全面協議還需付出進一步努力。智利央行前行長維托裏奧·科爾沃對中美經貿磋商取得進展表示歡迎,但他也提醒說,目前離真正解決問題還有距離。巴西海通投資銀行經濟學家弗拉維奧·塞拉諾也表示,不排除未來談判遇到起伏和波折的可能。
因此,儘管近期的脫歐樂觀情緒提振了市場風險偏好,但若這股勢力得不到來自貿易方面更大利好的夯實,否則短期內包括黃金在的避險資產很難有突破性下跌走勢。
