乐观情绪消褪，脱欧又起新问题

英镑兑美元出现震荡下行趋势，之前欧盟官员称，对英国新版脱欧协议通过的前景感到信心不足，晚些时候将召开欧盟峰会，有关英国与欧盟在峰会上达成脱欧协商的进展，市场的乐观情绪正在逐渐消退，忧虑情绪是英镑回落的主要原因。
英镑兑美元震荡下行，自上周五(10月11日)触及的逾三个月高点1.2707回落，日低触及1.2516。此前欧盟资深官员称，对英国新版脱欧协议在议会闯关通过的前景感到信心不足。
周末英国脱欧协商没有任何进展，欧盟其他国家似乎也没有爱尔兰那么乐观，周四-周五(10月17-18日)将召开欧盟峰会，有关英国与欧盟在此次峰会上就脱欧协商取得进展的乐观情绪逐步消退，10月31日脱欧大限前二者恐难达成协议的忧虑是导致英镑回落的主因。
稍早爱尔兰外长科夫尼称，有必要对任何脱欧协议保持谨慎态度，达成脱欧协议是可能的，尽管问题仍旧存在。不过在实质性进展出现前，此番乐观言论对英镑的提振迅速消散。
英国政府发言人称，首相约翰逊将于北京时间22:20在议会发言，鉴于上周五英镑兑美元短线出现的巨震行情，随着脱欧大限的临近，任何有关脱欧协商相关的消息均可能引发汇价大幅波动，特别是在日内经济数据清淡，且美国部分市场及加拿大市场休市的情况下。
在此前两个交易日大跌后，美元反弹也导致英镑承压，投资者们对国际贸易局势存在乐观预期。目前关注英镑兑美元能否在较低水平获得买盘支撑。
英镑兑美元将在1.2700上方面临强劲阻力，虽然汇价有望进一步走强，但短期上涨令指标进入超买区域，预计不会突破上周五高点1.2708，短线可能筑顶。有再度回落风险，但这仍是更低交易区间1.2480-1.2680的一部分。
