9月11日，現貨黃金維持低位震盪整理的走勢，市場風險偏好回升給金價帶來一定的壓力，但全球央行的寬鬆週期又給金價帶來了一定的支撐，市場等待歐洲央行會議的最新進展。金價目前走勢主要受到風險偏好影響。
分析師認為，全球宏觀數據的確還沒有出現明顯的改善，但投資者焦點跟往常一樣被一些美好的預期所吸引：比如預期歐央行將大規模寬鬆，預期美聯儲將繼續降息。
在系列利好因素的刺激下，近期股市多數上揚，債券收益率持續攀升，昨日美國10年期國債收益率重返四周以來的高點。
分析指出，當前避險情緒已經較之前有所回落，市場在經歷了前期的恐慌之後逐漸趨於平緩，接下來或將期待新的經濟數據和貨幣政策給出經濟衰退的更進一步的指引。
五位知情人士上周表示，歐洲央行政策制定者傾向於採取一攬子計畫，其中包括降息，承諾將利率維持在較低水準以及對負利率的副作用給予銀行補償。
本周市場將迎來翹首以盼的歐洲央行9月利率決議，預計將奠定未來幾個季度的貨幣政策基調，問題的關鍵不在於歐洲央行是否會實施新的刺激措施，而是新一輪刺激措施的力度有多大。
週二德國財長肖爾茨表示，德國已經準備好向經濟注入“數十億歐元”來應對可能出現的經濟明顯放緩，且德國必須採取大膽措施應對氣候變化，否則將為時已晚。這是大部分經濟學家所期望看到的，因為在實施刺激計畫方面，歐洲國際都偏向於保守，尤其是德國。
特朗普稱，“我們有偉大的貨幣、實力和資產負債表，美國應該永遠都支付最低的利率。不要通脹！只有幼稚的鮑威爾和美聯儲不讓我們做其他國家都已經在做的事。我們正在錯失一輩子才有一次的機會，都是因為這幫笨蛋。”
美國經濟衰退的擔憂情緒猶存，支撐金價。據《華盛頓郵報》、美國ABC新聞網週二（9月10日）最新公佈的聯合民調顯示，高達六成的美國人擔心明年美國經濟恐陷入衰退。隨著特朗普主打的經濟支持率大幅滑落，也導致了特朗普的整體支持率自此前高點44%大跌至38%，接近2018年的前低36%。
