美元强势难压金价，美联储下周决议金价波动有限

根据英国保守党普通国会议员委员会的初步统计结果，强硬派鲍里斯·约翰逊当选英国执政党保守党党魁，出任新一任首相。
一些投资者担心预计约翰逊可能会在没有达成贸易协议的情况下于10月31日将英国带出欧盟。而硬脱欧的担忧情绪，对金价构成支撑。
分析指出，英国保守党如愿选出了一个强势的铁腕人物，他们希望约翰逊能快刀斩乱麻解决脱欧难题。

当前人们普遍预计美联储将在下周7月31日的会议上将基准利率目标区间2.25％-2.50％下调25个基点，但由于美联储政策制定者的信号不一，人们预计降息50个基点的概率已经大幅下降。
美国国会将在8月份进入休会期，而外界关注的联邦支出预算债务上限案的商议程序也有了新的进展。总统特朗普22日宣布，国会和白宫在激烈谈判几天后，就新一轮两个财年的财政预算上限案达成了协议。
姆努钦本月早些时候在给国会两党党团的信中写道，“根据最新的预测，在国会重新召开会议之前，有一种情况是我们在9月初就用完了预算。因此，我要求国会在国会夏季休会之前就要增加债务上限。”
