美联储如期加息，金价上演激烈震荡

美联储委员会宣布上调基金利率目标区间25个基点，符合市场预期。这是美联储今年的第三次加息，也是本轮货币政策紧缩周期以来的第八次。消息公布之后，美元指数和金价出现大幅波动。
北京时间周四(9月27日)凌晨2:00美联储宣布加息25个基点，将联邦基金利率目标区间上调至2.00%-2.25%，符合市场预期。美联储此次重新确认了未来进一步加息的预期，对2018年4次、2019年加息3次和2020年加息1次预期不变，并上调了今明两年的美国GDP增速预期。联储会后声明删除了“货币政策立场仍然宽松”的措辞。消息公布后，美元指数与金价大幅波动，剧烈震荡，上演过山车走势。
美联储主席鲍威尔在举行新闻发布会时表示，美国经济强劲，失业率偏低，劳动参与人数增加，薪资上涨。但并非一切都很完美，也不是所有美国人都从中受益。美联储正竭尽所能，以维持经济的强劲表现。美联储一直在让利率渐进地重返常态。今天的加息体现出经济强劲。
鲍威尔称，美国金融体系会更加强大。逐步恢复到正常利率水准有助于维持美国经济。美联储预计就业市场将保持强劲。FOMC预计，通胀将持续地保持在2%。在任何特定的时候，美国通胀可能会高于、或低于2%。对通胀的预估中值非常接近2%。预计原油价格对美国通胀的影响将是暂时性的。

他强调，金融系统比十年前强劲得多。美联储仍预计未来会循序渐进加息。放弃政策仍然宽松的措辞不意味着利率预期有任何改变，而是承认，经济表现正符合预期。
被问及特朗普施加的压力，鲍威尔表示“我们极度专注于美联储职责，不会考虑政治因素。美联储关注于本职工作，而不是特朗普的推文。”
美联储利率决议公布后，美元指数短线小幅下挫后快速回升，盘中一度跌破94关口，刷新日内低点至93.94，之后美元指数大幅攀升，半小时上涨近40点。
