特朗普久未发声，市场不敢轻举妄动
—特朗普这个“炮嘴”本周一竟然闭嘴了，没有出来发表一些让金融市场不安的言论，也使得市场对美朝紧张局势的避险有所降温。这迅速反应到黄金身上，自上周三度“止步”1300关口之后，本周继续回落，连续跌破1290、1280水平。瞬间套住了此前做多的投资者。
上周特朗普各种发表“怒与火”的言论，试图各种激怒朝方，令金融市场紧张兮兮。而在投资者广泛认为特朗普接下来还会继续“炮嘴”的时候，特朗普却来了个周一“禁言”，市场避险情绪大降，美股周一大涨，可坑死了上周五进场做多的黄金投资者，截至发稿，已连续跌破了1290、1280水平位。
美国中央情报局局长Mike Pompeo和国家安全顾问H.R. McMaster上周日(8月13日)表示，一方面要支持对朝强硬态度，另一方面也不想在国内引发恐慌。他们均表示，没有爆发战争的迹象。
理性的说，在梦碎1300之后，连续跌破1290、1280的情况下，是对黄金多头不太有利，因为如果在避险降温的情况下，技术上进一步回调的压力是有可能加大。当前也正好来到，之前黄金多次测试的1270/80区域，该区域曾是7月份黄金上行的阻力。如果再度失守，回调是有可能加强。
不过，小编也需要提醒，判断黄金的走势一定要技术面和消息面一起结合。毕竟，只要消息面风向一转，比如特朗普又搞出个什么事，市场还是会“疯一样”的去涌向黄金。建议在当前，情形尚不明朗的时候，稳健的投资者观望为宜。
本周除了需要关注特朗普还会搞什么事之后，美联储纪要的将至，提醒投资者，不要因黄金周一的大跌，去过度看空。因为黄金随时有可能借助美联储纪要迎来翻盘。此前7月决议被市场认为偏鸽派，且近期美联储官员的讲话普遍提到担忧通胀低迷的问题，若此次纪要当中再度凸显委员们的担忧，预计年内加息概率还将再度降低，将助涨黄金。
美国通胀迟迟没有起色，也让美联储内部鸽派声音更有底气。美国明尼阿波利斯联储主席卡什卡里近期上周五就称，那些担忧通胀飙升而支持加息的人，完全就是在讲鬼故事。卡什卡里是今年的美联储FOMC票委，在美联储3月以及6月加息决定中，他都是唯一一个投下反对票的。这一次他表达这种观点更有底气，是因为在他当天讲话几个小时前，美国又发布了不及预期的通胀数据。
