新西兰联储降息25个基点，并释放进一步宽松信号
新西兰联储(RBNZ)周四(11月10日)发布的最新利率决议中，一如市场预期降低官方现金利率(OCR)25个基点至1.75%，并在政策声明中重申，或需要进一步放宽货币政策，纽元需要贬值。
声明还称，新西兰联储的货币政策将继续保持宽松，预计明年3月利率为1.8%，6月和12月为1.7%；第三季度CPI年率较为疲软，预计将从今年第四季度开始好转，到2017年12月CPI年率为1.7%，2018年第四季度通胀将达到2%。
声明同时指出，仍存在诸多不确定因素，特别是国际局势前景方面；将维持政策，直到看到通胀足以升至目标水平；纽元贬值是必要的；纽元的高企，部分造成贸易的负增长；预计2017年12月纽元贸易加权指数在约75.1%，之前预估为74.4%。
声明进一步表示，此外，房价的上涨仍然引发对金融稳定性的担忧；移民数量多为劳动力提供增长来源，限制了薪资压力；乳品价格仍较为积极，然而未来也存在着不确定性。
