NAHB在一份声明中表示，10月NAHB/富国房屋市场指数为63，接受路透访问的分析师的预估值为63，9月为65。
数据高于50表示认为市况良好的建筑商人数多于认为市况不佳的建筑商人数。该指数自2014年6月来一直在50以上。
10月独栋房屋销售分项指标为69，9月为71。10月潜在买家流量指数降至46，9月经修正后为47。
衡量未来六个月独栋房屋销售预期的指标为72，9月为71。
