油价周三（12月23日）跳涨逾3%，节前市场交投清淡，受助于美国原油库存意外减少，但油价保持在数年低位附近，因全球供应过剩的局面并未缓解，且石油输出国组织(OPEC)下调对其石油出口的需求预估。
周五圣诞节假期前，美国近月原油合约今日成交约56万手，上周日均成交量超过100万桶。交投不太活跃的原油合约的成交尤其低迷。
美国原油期货收涨1.36美元，涨幅3.8%，报每桶37.50美元。布伦特原油期货急升1.25美元，收报每桶37.36美元。
昨日布伦特原油期货触及2004年7月以来最低35.98美元。
Baker Hughes报告，本周美国石油钻井平台过去六周中第五周减少，表明开采商暂停生产，以待油价上涨。报告公布后，美国原油期货基本持稳。
美国能源资料协会(EIA)报告，上周美国原油库存骤降588万桶至4.8478亿桶，预估为增加110万桶。
iiTrader.com管理期货部董事Oliver Sloup表示，“库存减少让油市多头倍受鼓舞，因降幅超过很多人的预期，这引发一些空头在持续一周的假日前回补头寸，且很多交易商结清头寸。”
尽管预计短期内不会有大规模出口，但Enterprise Products Partners周三表示，与贸易行维多公司签署合约，后者将通过旗下码头出口美国原油，这可能是首船出口的美国原油船货。
另外，OPEC周三在一份报告中称，预计2020年对其原油的需求将低于2016年，因事实证明，在低油价环境中其他产油国的抗压能力强于预期。
