那么大家记得市场经济的一般规律吗？记得让市场在资源配置中起决定性作用吗？记得实现这个的前提是让价格规律主导市场的资源流向吗？那么，在这种情况下，为什么会出现以维护国家宏观利益为名，要求取缔余额宝呢？
另外，我们再来看看，银行1年定期存款利率才3%，活期存款仅0.35%，购买银行理财产品起价最低一般为5万。而相对于此，余额宝的七日年化收益不但高于银行存款利息，其门槛也十分低，是一款能普及大众的理财产品，可以让更多的市民得到益处。难道这不算一次金融市场的创新改革？
