03月04日讯 ，汇丰最新数据显示，中国服务业在2月稳步扩张，新订单持续增长，企业经营活动趋于活跃，结合此前公布的官方PMI及汇丰制造业PMI数据，中国经济2月有所企稳。
汇丰（HSBC）/Markit周三（3月4日）联合公布，中国2月服务业PMI升至52，上月为51.8。
Markit经济学家Annabel Fiddes点评道，最新的PMI数据显示，中国服务业2月仍处于扩张阶段，增速比较温和。新订单的稳步增长，预示着未来几个月服务业可能加速扩张，在乐观预期之下企业或将继续招人。
他还表示，同时，制造业运行状况重获改善，预示了中国经济在2月有所企稳。
周一公布的汇丰2月中国制造业PMI终值反弹至七个月高位的50.7，三个月来首次重返荣枯线之上。
此外，2月官方制造业和非制造业PMI双双低位回升，不过反弹力度较弱，并且制造业仍处于萎缩区间。市场认为，仍需以偏松的宏观政策来缓解经济的下行压力。
Markit提供的数据显示，当月服务业新业务指数较上月升0.8个点至53.3，脱离1月创下的六个月低点。
鉴于服务业经营活动加速以及新接业务增长，企业在2月增加招人。就业指数连续18个月高于50，但较上月创下的19个月高点有所下滑。
收费价格指数和投入价格指数均上升，且处于荣枯线上方，企业经营预期指数略有下滑，但仍处于60以上高位。
在中国经济的下行和通缩风险上升的压力下，监管层决意稳定增长。
春节假期刚结束尚不足一周，中国央行即宣布年内首次降息，令一年期存贷款基准利率逼近十年来最低水平。央行已在去年11月降息一次，并于今年2月下调存款准备金率。
