在贵金属投资逐渐走进寻常百姓家的时候，人们越来越意识到“你不理财，财不理你”的重要性，而很多投资骗局也正是捉住了投资者这一赚钱心态，结果不到几天投资进去的资金全都荡然无存了，目前全国因为这样而亏损的投资者不少。因为贵金属投资不是实物投资，是通过判断贵金属行情走势而获取盈利的投资方式，是一种贵金属电子交易盘模式，灵活性高、操作起来容易：比如可使用1:10的杠杆交易，比如T+0交易（可买跌也买涨的双向交易模式）等等。那么，贵金属投资为何又会衍生出这么多的骗局呢？
一、对赌平台：在2014年的“3·15”晚会上，央视就曝光新天地等贵金属交易平台实为对赌平台，投资者投资只会亏损，不会赚钱，而所谓的现货白银投资实际上是一场对赌游戏，“客户跟平台对赌，你赚了钱，那么公司就要亏钱。”这样一种对赌的平台其实就是贵金属的黑平台交易，他们通常会先用一些盈利的例子来吸引投资者的注意，声称贵金属的大行情要来了，并口头承诺一定不会亏损，从而使投资者跌入黑平台的骗局。但其实这些资金往往是不会流入贵金属交易中，他们会把资金扣住，再以投资者判断行情失误为由将资金据为己有。
二、以各种借口冻结账户：任何投资都会有亏损和盈利，有一些贵金属骗局就会利用投资者这一心态，先让投资者在贵金属投资者中获取盈利，然后再利诱投资者投入更大的资金，当投资者投入了资金准备再次交易的时候，这些黑平台会用密码错误无法交易，或者登陆账号会掉线等理由来搪塞，限制出金的时间，冻结账户。而等到投资者发现的时候，账户上的资金却就早已亏损甚至见底。
因此，投资者在进行贵金属投资之前，一定掌握基本的金融知识，树立理智的心态，学会如何识别贵金属交易平台，才不会掉入贵金属黑平台的投资骗局。
