希腊议会周二(12月15日)批准了一项包含国际债权人要求的改革举措的议案，以获得10亿欧元(11亿美元)纾困资金用于偿还政府欠款。
为了符合取得资金的要求，希腊左翼政党主导的政府同意制定公共部门薪资调整计划，并开放一个银行业处理企业不良贷款的市场。该议案还包含改善欧盟结构性基金的资金使用，以及促进医疗保健改革。
一名欧元区官员称，代表债权人的欧元区机构和国际货币基金组织(IMF)料将在本周三(12月16日)公布一份合规报告。
在总计300个议席的国会，希腊总理齐普拉斯所在的左翼激进联盟党(Syriza)与右翼民族主义政党独立希腊人党共计有153席，而他们均投票支持了这项议案。
希腊政府还在奋力不让对小型企业和消费者的贷款落入“秃鹰基金”之手，不过已推迟这部分的改革，承诺会在2月15日前予以规范。
希腊政府并称，将建议立法规定如何将该国的电网运营商ADMIE自国营电力公共事业公司PPC剥离出来，及拟定新私有化基金的架构，但没有给出日期。
除此之外，希腊还将向债权人提交严格的退休金改革草案。对左派领导的执政联盟来说，这是未来几个月最大的政治阻碍。
经过五年的撙节后，希腊政府计划提高社保缴存额，取代再次削减主要退休金的作法。但债权人认为不妥，称这可能会进一步损及就业。
