卖权仓位飙升逾200%

期权数据显示，随着美联储(FED)似乎势必在下周进行近十年来首次升息，投资者加大了对金价将很快降至每盎司1000美元关口的押注。现货金今年以来已经累计下跌9%，投资者认为高价将抑制对该金属的需求。
与纽约商品期货交易所(COMEX)主力2月黄金期货挂钩、行权价为1000美元/盎司的卖权仓位，自11月初以来已飙升逾200%，截止12月7日升至6950手。仅过去两日就增加了1600手，可能是在强劲的美国非农就业数据公布后增加的。该数据增强了美国升息的可能性。
从11月初至本周一，行权价为975美元的卖权仓位增加了近10倍。这些卖权在1月26日到期，暗示交易员预计届时金价将跌向上述价位。同一期间内，看多的买权亦增加，但比起执行价在1100美元/盎司的3998手的买权数量，执行价1000美元的看空卖权数量远远更多。
投资人已持续削减黄金曝险。最大黄金上市交易基金SPDR Gold Trust GLD 的资产目前跌至2008年9月以来最低。
巴克莱周一表示，如果金价更加逼近1000美元/盎司，可能会有大量资金撤离黄金基金。“根据我们的估算，当金价低于1000美元/盎司，可能有超过700吨的黄金交易所交易产品(ETP)变成赔钱。”
