沙特油长： OPEC不会独自支撑油价

沙特阿拉伯石油部长欧那密周日(3月22日)表示，石油输出国组织(OPEC)不会独自承担支撑油价的责任，如果客户需要更多，沙特有能力增产来满足需求，暗示该国决心承受油市下跌的压力。自去年6月以来，油价差不多腰斩。
2014年11月OPEC主要成员国沙特说服成员国维持产量不变，以守护市场份额。当时油价已然因供应过剩和需求疲软而从逾100美元高位重挫，而OPEC此举进一步加速油价跌势。
自油价大跌以来，沙特曾表示，希望非OPEC成员国与该组织合作。但欧那密周日表示，这方面迄今没有什么进展。
欧那密在利雅得参加能源会议期间表示，“目前形势艰难。我们已经尽力，虽然召开了会议，但并没有成功，因为非OPEC国家坚持让OPEC担负重任，我们予以拒绝。OPEC产量目前占30%的市场份额，70%来自非OPEC国家。如果我们希望提振油价，大家都应出分力。”
欧那密重申，沙特的石油政策没有任何政治动机。但伊朗等部分产油国抨击沙特维持产量不变、放任油价下跌的立场。
欧那密指出，“不存在阴谋，我们尝试过解决所有的相关问题，但是谁都不听我们的建议。”
他还称，“我们没有针对任何人，我们和所有希望维持市场稳定和供需平衡的人站在同一阵线。至于油价，则是由市场决定的。”
此外，他补充道，目前沙特的日产油量在1000万桶左右，如果客户需要更多，沙特有能力增产来满足需求。
在被问及沙特是否计划将日产能扩大至1250万桶时，欧那密表示，“目前尚无计划，因为不存在这样的需求。”
