华盛顿2月3日 – 美国12月工厂新订单连续第五个月下降，但一项衡量企业支出计划的指标被上修，降幅小于初值，巩固了未来数月企业支出将反弹的观点。
美国商务部周二公布，美国12月工厂新订单较上月减少3.4%，因各行业订单全面下降。11月下修为下跌1.7%，前值为下跌0.7%。
接受路透调查的分析师预估为下降2.2%。数据公布后，美国金融市场反应冷淡。
全球需求疲弱和油价持续下跌拖累制造业成长放缓，部分能源企业推迟，或削减资产支出项目。
第四季企业设备支出处于2009年中以来最低水平。企业投资疲弱的状况可能将在首季初持续，周一公布的一项数据显示，1月美国制造业成长放缓。
尚未得到解决的西海岸港口劳资纠纷导致大量货物推迟付运，也影响了工厂活动。但市场对国内需求不断改善将限制制造业成长放缓持谨慎乐观的态度。
扣除波动性较大的运输行业，12月工厂订单下降2.3%，为2013年3月以来最大月度跌幅，11月为下降1.3%。工厂未完成订单减少0.8%，为10个月来首次下降，反应工厂活动疲弱。
商务部还表示，一项衡量企业信心和支出计划的指标——扣除飞机的非国防资本财订单12月回落0.1%，上月公布的初值为下降0.6%。
12月核心资本财订单的付运增长0.2%，初值为下降0.2%。这项指标被用于计算国内生产总值(GDP)中的设备支出部分。
制造业库存12月回落0.3%，之前连续18个月增长。这可能对上周公布的第四季GDP造成了影响。
制成品付运12月再度减少，可能是因西海岸港口货物装卸被推迟所致。库存/付运比率为1.34%，高于11月的1.33%
