美元走强黄金需求疲软

法国外贸银行（NATIXIS）商品市场周报指出，7月美元上涨4%，金价下跌4.5%。Natixis还表示，“全球黄金消费相对疲软，占去年消费一半的印度和中国也不例外。”
数据显示，第2季度中国通过香港净进口黄金同比减少46%，仅有154吨。印度新的预算报告也声明，今夏没有降低黄金关税的打算。Natixis总结，“虽然需求略有反弹，但总体水平依然不高。”
此外，该机构对持有黄金ETF态度中性，但也提到2014年前8个月美国金币销量仅321000盎司，不及往年一半。目前美元不断创下新高，欧银降息隔夜美元指数大涨一个大点，黄金不断承压，有分析认为，或许只有金价回到三位数水平才会吸引大量购买。
另外，根据黄金信息网站对全球8大主要黄金ETF的监控数据显示，截至2014年9月4日，全球8大黄金ETFs持仓总量为1291.966吨，与上一交易日相比减少4.786吨。
