伦敦黄金定盘价将进行改革

伦敦黄金市场定盘价公司(LGMFL)和伦敦金银市场协会(LBMA)在周四发表声明，称将为已实行将近一个世纪的伦敦黄金定盘价制度寻找新的管理方式，停止电话会议的方式，寻找电子解决方案。
LGMFL和LBMA称，最终的选择将在10月公布，实行将在2014年年底开始。伦敦白银定盘价在今年8月5日开始了新的运行制度，而对黄金定盘价制度何时改革的猜测也一直未停息。LBMA对市场参与者进行调查，包括对央行、对矿商、对加工商等，以了解他们希望定盘价制度如何改革。
据称，新的黄金定盘价管理方将不仅限于那些竞争了白银定盘价管理的企业和机构。
而高盛(Goldman Sachs)去年以来就一直在重申看空黄金的态度，对今年金价的预期也一直处在1050美元/盎司的低水平。近日接受CNBC采访的高盛商品策略主管称，尽管乌克兰局势和欧洲及日本经济的低迷对金价有支撑，但美联储的政策却对金价施压，这是高盛看空黄金的理由。
“说到底，黄金是用来对冲美元贬值的，因此美联储的决议才是起决定性作用的。我们对年底的目标金价是1050美元/盎司，主要是因为我们认为美联储才是关键因素，会对金价有压力。”
