“上海金”将提升中国黄金定价话语权

2013年，黄金价格的大幅下跌让“中国大妈”火了一把，也让我国成为了全球黄金消费的冠军。时至今日，黄金价格的涨涨跌跌则让“中国大妈”们时而欢喜时而发愁，欢喜的是低价买入后的金价上涨，发愁的则是高价买入后的金价下跌。就目前的情况来看，“中国大妈”对于黄金的热情似乎已经过了抢金潮时期的那股劲儿。归根结底，让大妈们纠结的源头就是——黄金价格。
当前黄金的定价权主要集中在西方国家手中，所以西方国家拥有黄金价格的绝对定价权。而国内的黄金市场主要集中在实物黄金方面，但是实物黄金恰恰对定价权没有实质性的影响，这也就造成了我国的黄金消费者在购买投资黄金、黄金饰品等产品上往往要以国际金价作为标准，这就出现了一种“追着别人屁股跑”的现象，所以我国国内的黄金市场架构有待进一步的完善和改变。
随着国家经济战略的逐步推进，上海黄金交易中心计划在9月26日启动在上海自贸区的黄金交易，并且正式推出黄金国际板。而黄金交易国际板将以人民币计价并准备命名为“上海金”。根据工商注册资料显示，上海国际黄金交易中心主要业务是组织安排黄金、白银、铂金、钯金等贵金属产品和相关衍生品交易，并提供相应的中介服务。此项政策措施的落实和实施，将在很大程度上使得国内黄金市场与国际黄金市场进一步拉近。因此，我国在国际黄金交易中的定价权也将会得到进一步的提升。
虽然国内黄金价格与国际黄金价格保持同步，但真正意义上中国黄金投资者是没有参与国际市场的黄金交易的。其关键性的因素就是中国没有黄金定价的话语权，所以只有掌握了更多的黄金话语权，中国才能更好地参与到国际的黄金市场当中，进而来推动中国在国际金融方面的影响力。
