黄金国际板初定9月底启动交易

上海自贸区管委会一位官员19日对记者证实，上海国际黄金交易中心初定于9月26日启动在上海自贸区的黄金交易。这意味着，在自贸区挂牌一周年之际，黄金国际板将正式推出。
黄金交易国际板将以人民币计价并准备命名为“上海金”。根据工商注册资料显示，上海国际黄金交易中心其主要业务是组织安排黄金、白银、铂金、钯金等贵金属产品和相关衍生品交易，并提供相应的中介服务。
记者从多方获悉，黄金将是交易中心首批推出的产品。“从理论上来看，目前推出白银、铂金、钯金等贵金属的交易也没有问题。”上述官员指出。
根据相关制度安排，上海黄金交易所将接入央行上海总部系统，并依托自贸区自由贸易账户体系为国际投资者参与黄金交易提供便利。目前，上海黄金交易所分别与工商银行、建设银行、中国银行上海分行，浦发银行上海分行等4家银行签订了《结算银行合作协议》，符合条件的境外和自贸试验区内客户，可在签约银行分账核算单元内开设自由贸易账户，参与黄金交易。
