美国GDP下修 黄金窃喜

美国商务部周三公布的最终数据显示，美国第一季度实际GDP终值年化季率大幅下修至下滑2.9%，为五年来最差表现，远逊于预期的下降1.7%，第一季度初值为下降1.0%，表明美国今年第一季经济萎缩的速度远超之前的预期。
美国商务部称，根据最新掌握的数据，第一季度消费者支出和出口甚至比之前估计的还要疲软。
不过，三菱东京日联银行首席金融分析师说，“这份报告令人惊慌。情况看起来较为忧虑，但要记得过去四个月平均每月增加了20万个就业机会，因此我们对前景持乐观态度并非全无根据。”
打压经济的因素包括冬季异常寒冷、长期失业救济到期以及食品券发放减少，这些抑制了消费支出。此外，企业补充库存的速度放慢亦产生影响。
分析师此前预计GDP终值仅为下滑1.7%。鉴于第一季数据大幅下修，今年经济成长率可能难以达到2%。投资者对疲弱经济数据不以为意，而买入美国股票。午盘时，美国公债价格上涨，美元指数微跌。
最新公布的GDP终值反映出医疗保健支出低于原先设想，这带动消费者支出创下2009年第四季以来最低增幅。贸易对经济的拖累亦甚于原先预期。
数据公布后黄金顺势冲高，最高上摸至1324.69美元，随后稍有回落。
