铂金冷对待南非罢工

外媒报道，两位熟知谈判情况的消息人士称，全球最大铂金产国——南非的铂金工人罢工的结束时间将再次被推迟，因工会提出了新的要求。此次罢工持续时间已接近五个月之久。
代表南非逾7.00万人的南非矿工及建筑工会协会(简称AMCU)，正在与三大公司进行谈判——英美铂金公司、英帕拉铂金控股有限公司和隆明公司。
一位消息人士称，这三大公司能满足AMCU工会的部分要求，其他的要求需求进一步谈判。上述两位消息人士均要求媒体不透露姓名，因工会的回复尚未公开发布。
AMCU工会主席在6月12日曾表示，该工会“原则上”同意三大公司的建议。这三大公司的大部分员工都是该工会成员。
南非铂金矿工工人在1月23日开始举行罢工，要求矿商支付的薪水翻倍。这三大公司称，此次罢工，已经令其总计损失了230亿兰特(21亿美元)收入，成为历史上持续事件最长、代价最惨重的罢工。南非的铂金产量大约占全球铂金的70%。
南非该工会起先要求将工人的最低薪资立刻翻倍至1.25万兰特，而矿商最新条件包括年化每月最低工资上调至1000兰特(相当于一年薪资1.20万兰特)。
在对矿商的建议给出答复之前，南非该工会与成员进行了商议。工会主席6月12日称，成员们已提出新要求，包括劳动合同有效时间、遣散费、增加外出生活补贴、恢复原职。
周三(6月18日)亚市时段，国际现货铂金价格小幅承压于1434美元/盎司一线，该水平低于1月23日南非发生罢工当天的价格，之后近五个月维持在1486-1386美元/盎司区域来回震荡。整体来看对南非罢工事件反应平淡。
