欧美制裁无力 现货黄金延续下跌

【行情回顾】
周二亚市早盘，国际现货黄金交投于1296美元/盎司，乌俄争端余波不断，但未能有军演之类的刺激效应，美国楼市数据及制造业前景指数继续向好，由于本周是有多项重磅数据公布的“超级周”。而黄金再次跌破1300关口及20日均线，短线走势较弱，聚焦美谘商会信心指数，连续两天的美国经济数据非农数据将会指引短期金价走势，投资者应该密切关注1300关口能否收复。
【基本面分析】
昨日市场关注的乌俄局势并没有太多的进展，更多还是关于欧美对俄罗斯制裁声音。美国白宫(White House)周一(4月28日)发表声明称，出于对俄罗斯干预乌克兰局势的惩罚，美国将对七名俄罗斯政府官员和17家与俄罗斯总统普京(Vladimir Puti)有联系的公司实施制裁，将驳回任何可能助长俄罗斯军力的高科技产品出口许可证申请。白宫表示，商务部会撤销现有的符合条件的出口许可证，且还威胁称，如果俄罗斯进一步军事干预乌克兰，将对俄罗斯关键经济领域实施制裁。
不过，由于上述制裁力度有限，不及市场预期，且影响并未使局势再度出现恶化，使得黄金避险买盘也受到了一定的遏制。由于受上周该局势影响致使避险情绪再度复发，近期这方面仍将对多头带来支撑作用。未来几天需要留意的是欧美各国对俄罗斯将会给予何种力度的制裁措施。而目前俄罗斯也较为担忧制裁或将对其国内经济造成负面冲击。同样在昨日，美国总统奥巴马4月28日表示，美国将就乌克兰危机而对俄罗斯提出针对个人及企业的新制裁措施，而欧盟则料将跟进祭出其他制裁，目标则为银行及国防等产业。
【技术分析】
由黄金日K线图上看，伦敦金行情近两日来走势以被动盘整为主。由于昨晚黄金跌破1300点整数关口，同时接连失守10日和20日均线，虽然还不能说明黄金行情将转向多头，但是市场观望气氛明显浓厚。短期内黄金的守护力度主要集中在5日均线一线，投资者今天可以以5日均线1291一线位置为主要操作依据。
