大摩：中国政府或降息降准实施强力宽松

3月份中国M2增速从2月份的13.3%骤降至12.1%，远远低于市场预期。人民币贷款增速从2月份的14.2%降至13.9%。社会融资规模从2月份的0.94万亿人民币上升至2.07万亿人民币，但低于2013年3月份的2.55万亿人民币。国际投行摩根士丹利(Morgan Stanley)认为，中国政府需要维持宏观稳定来推进改革，因此，可能用不了多久就会使用降息、降准等强力货币宽松手段。
对于3月份M2增速的大幅下降，摩根士丹利分析师认为原因在于：1)3月份人民币贬值导致外汇流入下降；2)去年11月份以来对信托产品和地方政府融资平台债券发行的监管导致银行间资产增速下降。
若中国真的出现减息，将会刺激中国投资者的黄金购买意欲，直接利好现货黄金价格。
