伯南克退位 耶伦接替 美联储维持鸽派

联储局主席(FED)伯南克18日主持任内最后一次货币决策会后记者会，他解释，联邦公开市场操作委员会(FOMC)基于就业持续增长因此决议缩减购债规模，且预期2014年仍会持续的小幅度调降。不过，伯南克也强调，购债计划增减没有绝对，仍要视未来数据好坏而定。
另外，为了安抚市场情绪，伯南克也重申，接近于零的低利率政策将一直维持到失业率远低于6.5%为止。
关于美国通货膨胀率过低的问题，伯南克指出，FED将近一切所能推升通膨至默认目标，但速度能有多快则不是FED所能控制。
立场偏鸽派的FED副主席耶伦将在明年接替伯南克成为FED下届主席，伯南克表示，QE减码的决定有与副主席充分沟通过，也获得她全力的支持。
至于被问到为何货币政策在创造就业上的效果并不如预期，伯南克则将劳到参与率下滑归罪于人口、社会变迁等结构性因素。
