上海自贸区将设离岸黄金市场

上海黄金交易所党委书记、理事长许罗德昨日对内地媒体表示，金交所考虑在自贸区建设离岸的国际黄金市场，针对人民币跨境使用，将推出面向国际投资者、离岸投资人的产品。业内认为这将是推动人民币国际化的工具，预计可能设计人民币报价类似纸黄金的交易品种。
中国《每日经济新闻》援引一位贵金属分析师预计，金交所筹建的离岸黄金市场可能将现有的产品放到自贸区离岸黄金市场，让国外的投资者进行交易；二是根据国外投资者的特点再设计一些产品，比如以美元报价的产品；又或者一款产品，既有人民币报价，又有美元报价，类似纸黄金的交易品种。
随着11月22日上海自贸区首家能源类衍生品交易所挂牌成立，自贸区离岸黄金市场正好与之匹配，有利形成上海在亚洲金融中心的地位。
