行情分析：欧洲时段，美国就业数据好于预期提振美元反弹，ICE美元指数上涨0.3%，美国10年期国债收益率升至2.84%，贵金属交易走势震荡，黄金承压回落后快速拉升，日内已转为上涨。
【基本面】
美国11月ADP新增就业人数达到21.5万，高于市场预期17.8万，前值也从13万大幅向上修正至18.4万，由于ADP就业和非农就业在长期中高度正相关，这无疑提振投资者对11月非农报告的乐观预期。11月ISM制造业就业指数升至56.5创2012年4月新高，截止至11月23号当周初请失业金人数四周均值降至33.175万，重新回落至9月末以来最低水平，初请失业金往往被视为美国就业市场的领先指标。从上述就业数据可以看出，美国就业市场在11月份获得显著改善，非农报告或有望超过市场预期。目前经济学家普遍认为11月非农新增就业人数维持在18-20万，略低于前值20.4万，由于就业数据是决定货币政策预期的关键因素，高于预期的结果将显著提振削减QE预期，美元有望获得强劲上行动能，或加重贵金属短期下行压力。
美国商务部数据显示，10月出口增长1.8%至1927亿美元，出口小幅增长0.4%至2333亿美元，出口显著回升推动贸易赤字缩小5.4%至406亿美元，与市场预期相符，9月贸易赤字则从418亿进一步上修至430亿美元。就业和贸易数据同时改善为美元上行提供较强动力，ICE美元指数数据后一扫短期阴霾，快速拉升0.3%测试81整数位，继续关注指数能否上破长期阻力位81.50-81.80。
北美时段继续关注美国11月非制造业指数和10月新屋销售，好于预期的数据有望为美元反弹增添新的动力，不过在周五非农公布前数据影响可能较为短暂，美元能否持续上行仍不得而知。黄金市场则可能延续震荡走势，短期不排除有进一步上行修正的风险。
【行情分析】
贵金属表现颇为耐人寻味，金价短暂回落后快速反弹并转为上涨，与以往美国数据好于预期打压金价下跌的情况明显不同，并且缺乏相关利好消息提振。CFTC期货持仓报告显示，黄金非商业期货净多头头寸占未平仓合约比例已经降至6.73%，逼近10年低点 (也是年内低点) 3.84%，暗示市场看空倾向已经达到极致，在这种情况下机构投资者进一步做空黄金的空间已经不大，相反任何对美国经济不利的信号都可能成为空头平仓的借口，考虑到黄金非商业期货空头头寸规模如此巨大，任何平仓结利的行为都可能推动金价反弹。换句话说，由于净头寸比例已经接近极端水平 (趋势强烈修正的领先信号) ，大田金业分析师建议不再盲目跟进做空，只有在金价显著反弹后才考虑高位建仓。
【技术分析】
金价低位反弹，后市有望测试10日均线，上破则可能进一步上行测试20日均线1260和50日均线1290，反弹至上述高位将提供较好的进场做空机会。
