德国经济成长趋缓 表现强差人意

欧洲经济火车头德国第三季经济成长趋缓，GDP季增0.3%、年率增1.3%，分别低于前期的季增0.7%与年率增2.9%。不过即使如此，德国的经济表现仍远胜于欧元区整体。欧盟统计局数据显示，欧元区17国第三季GDP季增0.1%、年率增0.4%。
据道琼社报导，德国长期经常帐大幅出超已被欧盟列为检讨对象，欧洲执委会(European Commission)目前正在调查德国是否过分依赖出口来推动经济成长。不过，数据显示，德国第三季经济成长动能主要来自内需消费成长0.7%与投资成长3%。相对的，贸易净值当季不但没有增加，反倒是对GDP成长负贡献0.4个百分点。
尽管第三季经济成长表现差强人意，但德国已在酝酿第四季展开反弹。德国经济研究院(IFO)22日公布数据指出，11月Ifo商业景气指数升至109.3，优于市场预期的107.且是2012年4月以来新高。除此之外，采购经理人指数(PMI)11月上升1.1点至54.3点，为10个月新高，显示德国年末经济成长动能有望复苏。
