上周初领失业金人数减少 近3个月低点

美国劳工部11月21日公布，经季节调整后，截至11月16日为止当周，首次申请失业救济金人数较前周修正值减少21,000人至323,000人，为9月28日当周以来的新低。根据彭博社的调查，经济学家的预估中间值为33.5万人。上周首次申请失业救济金人数的4周移动平均值较前周修正值减少6,750人至338,500人。
截至11月9日为止当周，经季节调整后，连续申请失业救济金人数较前一周的修正值增加66,000人至2,876,000人。当周连续申请失业救济金人数的4周移动平均值较前一周的修正值增加6,500人至2,856,750人。截至11月9日为止当周，经过季节性因素调整后的保险失业率较前周持平为2.2%。美国圣路易斯联储主席布拉德（James Bullard）周三（11月20日）表示，美国近期经济数据看似有所改善，如果11月就业报告“强劲”，将增加美联储（FED）在12月份开始缩减量化宽松（QE）政策的可能性。
布拉德称，自2012年9月份以来，美国新增就业的累积过程看似良好，问题在于这一过程是否可持续。布拉德指出，若美联储因看到经济增强而缩减购债规模，他认为市场消化这一因素将没有问题；而在失业率回落至6.5%下方之后，美联储可能还会维持超低利率。
