【基本面】
美国方面，「金砖之父」欧尼尔(Jim O`Neill)警告，政府支出减幅之大，将让美国重陷衰退。摩根大通(JPMorgan Chase & Co.)首席美国经济学家Michael Feroli也强调，就算政府能躲过倒债，也逃不过衰退危机；他说，要是当局必须在债务违约和减少开支之间作出选择，美国必然会陷入不景气；倒债将导致金融危机和经济萎缩，缩减支出则引发景气衰退。
耶伦被提名为下任美联储主席，一方面消除了市场不确定，另一方面市场普遍认为耶伦或推迟削减QE规模，推动全球股市普遍上涨，拖累近期低位，美股则暂时停滞进一步下跌，收盘涨跌不一。
欧洲方面，昨天首先公布了英国8月商品贸易帐。公布值为逆差96.25，数据比前值99.41略低，但是仍高于预期值90.0。英国8月工业产出月率公布值为下降1.1%，前值为上升0.1%，市场预期会上升至0.4%。新数据创出一年以来的最大降幅。英国国家统计局报告显示，制药、电子和食品饮料等行业降幅最大。原油和天然气行业也出现低迷。工业产出占英国经济比例大约1/6。最后公布的是德国8月季调后工业产出月率，公布值为1.4%，高于市场预期的1.0%，前值为下降1.1%。资本货物生产大幅增长是德国8月工业产出增加的主要原因。
日本央行的会议纪要，这份纪要显示日本央行在9月4日–5日的会议上上调了对经济的评估。纪要称日本的经济正在复苏，扩张性政策带来的正面影响正在扩大。日本央行将维持货币刺激政策不变。
【技术分析】
就月线而言，依然有大跌压境的感觉，但是下方在1230-1180一带有非常强劲的支撑。就周线而言，1280-1270一带是周线级别强支撑，一旦破位，将向月线级别支进军，上方阻力则为1343-1380这些关键位置，短期空头占优，但是并无明显大跌之势，加上消息面摇摆不定，可能会形成上下拉锯之势！日线陷入了横盘整理，下方关注1292-1280这些关键位置的支撑，上方关注1313-1323-1329这些位置的阻力，操作上可逢日线阻力做空，逢支撑做多。4小时图和1小时图结合起来给出的信号是，1310-1313这一区间，在没有再次强势突破之前，依然是日内最佳的空单区域，下方随时有可能再次破位1300一线。
操作建议：
1、1310和1313这两处是最佳的空单机会，止损统一放1315.8，目标看1306-1303，破位看1300-1296出
2、短线第一次触及1288-1286一线做多，止损1284，目标回看1291-1293-1296，反手可空！
3、意外上破1316一线的话，空单注意全部离场，因为趋势可能有变！
