美国政府关门第8天 贵金属已开始充当避险角色

在国庆假期过后，来自中国的投资者重新入市，支持金价于昨天大部分时间走强，升至1330附近开始遇阻力受压，见顶后回落至今早1317水平，属典型上落市的形态，但留意金价底部正一日比一日高，预视此浪为上落市偏强的走势，留意两边关键价为1300-1330，仍未突破。
【基本面】
奥巴马8日在白宫记者会上被问到是否计划在举债上限无法调高之际、保证公债持有人会优先获得偿付时，并未正面响应。他仅表示，倘若政府延迟支付社会安全福利金等款项，恐对经济和美国的信誉造成严重冲击。他并强调，美国过去从未赖账，未来也会继续支付账单。
金融业界也担忧，美国违约恐怕会造成严重冲击。由纽约联邦储备银行(Federal Reserve Bank of New York)资助的美国国债市场操作集团(Treasury Market Practices Group，简称TMPG)已经警告，各大金融机构虽然已拟定紧急应变计划，但仍无法完全排除美国债务违约时引发的操作风险。
美国总统奥巴马(Barack Obama)终于下定决心，准备提名联准会(FED)现任副主席叶伦接续柏南克(Ben S. Bernanke)、接掌主席大位！
华尔街日报于美东时间8日下午6时45分左右报导，奥巴马最快会在本周三(10月9日)宣布这项消息，结束自去(2012)年6月以来超乎寻常的提名人选公开辩论马拉松。前任财政部长桑默斯(Lawrence Summers)曾是奥巴马慎重考虑的人选之一，但桑默斯在民主党参议员的反对声浪中，于9月意外退出Fed主席角逐行列。
【行情分析】
现货黄金于本周二都徘徊于1310左右位置，但杜指开市后下跌了100多点，令金价上升至1329的昨日高点；其次，美国两党已经僵持拨款开支问题令联邦政府停摆至8日，时间越长越对美国经济不利，贵金属市场已经开始发挥到避险作用，令金价温和上升，预料目前情况持续到10月16日后才出现美国重大消息带动金价。
预料今日金价维持于1310-1 330间做一个区间波动市。
金价短期缺乏利好利淡消息底下，维持上落市，美国方面消息仍然主导市场走势，债务上限好像没有改善迹象 ，理论上黄金应会发挥避险工用，但上升动力欠奉，阻力位1330仍未上破，下方支持1310左右有较大支持，希望在短期内能突破，进入单边市。今早市消息是联处局主席继任人很大机会是叶伦，所以短期内都不再炒减少购债消息，退市第一步还待年低至明年才可落实。
今晚焦点在于，美联储凌晨公布的上次议息记录。
