黄金价窄幅上落 静待美国债务新消息

【基本面】
由于美国政府关门仍潜在打压市场情绪，昨日标普500指数下跌0.85%，而英国FTSE100指数也下跌了0.85%。
昨日曾有消息称众议院准备讨论干净的支出法案，该传言曾短暂提振市场乐观情绪，不过最终证明仅仅是谣言。
周二亚洲股市没有延续昨日的跌势，日经指数上涨0.34%，恒生指数上涨1.01%。
随着美国债务上限日期的临近，美国财政部表示对此严重担忧，美国国会需要在10月17日之前来通过上调政府债务上限的法案，否则美国政府将无法履行偿还义务。
然而目前国会两党之间的态度都非常强硬，离达成妥协相距甚远，共和党众议员领袖博纳表示在没有削减预算支出的情况下支出法案不会被提交到众议员表决，而对于这点奥巴马和民主党人明确反对。
昨日市场上的避险情绪曾推动日元和瑞郎走强，日元也因为美国的不确定性对美元走高，不过日内美元已经收复了昨日的大部分跌幅，美元/日元目前日内上涨了0.54%，报于97.13。
【行情分析】
自10月1日美国政府关门以来，金价先跌后回升，近日于1300～1330窄副上落，市场除观望政府何时复工外，亦评估政府停摆的后遗症，如美国政府不能于十月尾前复工，十月份之非农数据会永远消息。
另外美国的债务上限会于10月17日到顶，此问题会比政府停摆严重得多，但有议员指出，奥巴玛政府夸大债务上限后果，如未能于限期前提高，其实奥巴马可签署法案，用每月之税收支付到期之国债及利息，现时美国政府每月税收约为2000亿美元，到期之国债只有数百亿美元，所以根本不会出现债务违约。
预计金价会于1290～1350上落，直至美国问题出现转机，才会有明确方向。
建议于1340附近沽空，于1300附近买升。
