美国政府关门七天 黄金价走高 美元贬值

美国联邦政府部分关闭即将进入第7天，截至目前民主、共和两党仍无和解休兵的迹象，双方到现在还不愿亮出底牌。
美联社报导，共和党籍众议院议长John Boehner 6日在接受ABC电视台「This Week」专访时表示，他不知道联邦政府机构关闭何时会结束、只说就看美国总统欧巴马(Barack Obama)何时愿意与共和党展开协商。Boehner说，他不会允许共和党主导的众议院在没有严肃面对联邦支出问题之前就通过法令让联邦政府机构重新开门或调高举债上限。
欧巴马5日在接受美联社专访时表示，他相信国会将会在10月17日之前就调高举债上限，因此他无须动用非常规手段来避免让美国出现债务违约。
华尔街日报部落格报导，美国财长Jacob Lew 6日对CNN电视台表示，国会若坐视美国触及举债上限等同是在玩火。共和党让联邦政府机构重新开门或调高举债上限的前提是，民主党必须同意让「病患保护与平价医疗法(Patient Protection & Affordable Care Act)；简称「欧巴马健保案(Obamacare)」部分条文延后实施或进行修改。
