黄金期货净多创新高 空单创最大减幅

彭博社30日报导，根据美国商品期货交易委员会(CFTC)公布的统计数据，截至9月24日为止当周黄金期货与选择权净多单部位跳增12%至78,654口、创8月27日当周以来新高；其中，多单增加1.8%，空单骤减17%、创4周以来最大减幅。
高盛证券18日指出，美国政府预算僵局可能会带动金价短线走高。2011年的举债上限谈判僵局令金价在同年9月6日升至创纪录的1,923.70美元/盎司。EPFR Global统计显示，截至9月24日为止当周黄金基金净流入3.99亿美元。
联邦公开市场操作委员会(FOMC)9月18日出乎市场意料之外地宣布维持现有月度买债规模不变。美国联准会(FED)主席柏南克(Ben Bernanke)当天在会后记者会上表示，是否维持现在买债金额完全依据经济状况变化而定，FED没有预设立场。
嘉实XQ全球赢家系统的报价显示，黄金现货价在北京时间30日上午7时31分上涨0.33%、报1,340.52美元/盎司；开盘迄今最高升至1,352.15美元。黄金现货价本季(7-9月)上涨约9%、可望创下4个季度以来首度收高纪录。
共和党主导的美国众议院29日上午以248票赞成、174票反对通过决议，奥巴马(Barack Obama)总统主导的「奥巴马健保案(Obamacare；全名为「病患保护与平价医疗法(Patient Protection & Affordable Care Act)」须延后一年实施、以换取联邦政府有足够资金可以继续正常运作。众议院这项决议预料将遭民主党主导的参议院否决。
奥巴马已表示，就算参议院通过他也会动用否决权。如果两党无法在10月1日上午最后期限前达成协议，成千上万的公务员将无法正常上班，而这将会是自1996年以来联邦政府首度关门。
